Lashly & Baer attorney Richard W. Hill, III has successfully secured approval on a certificate of need for CorrectLife, a Georgia-based company, to develop a nursing center in Fulton, Missouri. The Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee unanimously approved a proposed nursing center geared toward parolees or parole eligible individuals that require around the clock care.
