Department of Labor Publishes Required Poster on Coronavirus Sick Leave and Family Leave Requirements

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires all employers subject to the Act (private businesses under 500 employees and all public entities/agencies) to display a poster about the law’s requirements.

The Department of Labor has published a copy of the required poster which all eligible employers must display where they display other employment law posters. CLICK HERE FOR THE POSTER
