Wendy J. Wolf

Biography
Wendy J. Wolf engages primarily in litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense of health care institutions and professionals. In addition to her vast legal knowledge, she is a nurse with real-life experience working in hospitals and medical offices, and serving as a university instructor.
Ms. Wolf has achieved a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® peer review rating, the highest rating obtainable. She has participated in all phases of pre-trial preparation and in trials of medical negligence cases. She defends and counsels medical professionals and institutions on matters involving risk management, medical records issues, policy development, licensure and disciplinary proceedings. She also represents nurses in disciplinary matters.
Wendy was selected for inclusion in the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers lists, between 2005 – 2008 and 2010 – 2014 in the fields of Personal Injury-Defense and Medical Malpractice-Defense. She was also selected as one of the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Top 50 Women Attorneys in Missouri and Kansas in 2006. She earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
