Victoria Cheyne is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice in civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, corporate transactions, defense of professional licenses, and miscellaneous regulatory matters in health care. Victoria represents a variety of health care organizations, health care practitioners, businesses, and insurance companies, primarily in litigated matters. She has represented clients in state court and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels. Her regulatory practice centers on representation of licensed professionals against the Missouri Board of Nursing and Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.
