Biography
Neil Gregory Beachem is an experienced litigator with more than three decades of practice representing businesses, insurers and transportation clients in complex civil litigation throughout Missouri and Illinois. As a member of Lashly & Baer, P.C.’s Litigation Department and Transportation Practice Section, Gregory defends motor carriers, commercial transportation companies and their insurers in a wide range of matters, including catastrophic injury claims, insurance defense, professional liability, construction litigation and general civil litigation. His extensive courtroom experience and practical approach to resolving disputes allow him to effectively guide clients through every stage of the litigation process.
Throughout his career, Gregory has built a reputation for providing strategic, results-driven counsel in high-exposure cases. He has represented clients in matters involving commercial transportation, professional negligence, construction disputes and other complex civil litigation, developing practical solutions that align with each client’s business objectives while vigorously protecting their interests.
Gregory earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Lynchburg College. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
