Biography
Margaret M. Mooney has extensive experience in litigation, administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution involving education, employment, contracts, torts and construction issues.
Ms. Mooney represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of civil contexts in state and federal courts, writes employment manuals and education policies, and presents seminars on special education, employment, civil procedure and construction. She acted as a State Hearing Officer for special education due-process hearings prior to the changes in state procedure.
Peg edited Missouri Civil Procedure Forms for 20 years, and was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers in the field of Civil Litigation: Defense, from 2005-2008, and Top 50 Female in 2005. She earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
