Lyndee R. Fritz focuses her practice primarily in the representation of governmental and public institutions, with a particular emphasis on land use and municipal issues. Lyndee’s experience includes the drafting and interpretation of professional service agreements, lease agreements and cooperative agreements between political subdivisions, preparing ordinances and resolutions for a variety of governmental entities, implementing various economic development incentives and special purpose entity compliance, litigation, Sunshine Law compliance, and advising public entities as to the scope of their legal authority.
Ms. Fritz earned her B.A. degree in political science, cum laude, from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. There she was a member of the Pierre Laclede Honors College. Lyndee earned her J. D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law and was awarded Staff Editor of the Year. While in law school, she served on various committees and counselled clients in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.
