Haley K. Dierks focuses her practice in the areas of health care law, cybersecurity and data protection matters, and corporate law. Her experiences include drafting and negotiating contracts, updating filings for businesses, completing other required business filings; drafting and negotiating contracts for health care clients, as well as research and advise on changes in the laws affecting school and government policies and regulations. 

Ms. Dierks graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law with a certificate in Health Care Law. While at Saint Louis University School of Law, she served as a lead editor on the Journal of Health Law and Policy.
