Frederike Katharina Winslow, a German American Lawyer, focuses her practice on corporate and employment law, business and civil litigation. She represents businesses and school districts in disputes alleging wage violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and similar claims.

In addition to her trial work, Frederike brings a diverse perspective and knowledge of the law based on her previous experiences working in both the United States and Germany. Her background includes advanced knowledge of foreign and domestic trademark issues; research of international copyright issues; employment contract preparation; drafting and reviewing IP contracts.

Frederike went to law school in both the United States and Germany and graduated from the Washington University School of Law, St Louis with a Master of Laws Degree in Intellectual Property & Technology Law. While in law school, Frederike earned the International LL.M. Best Advocate Award and three CALI Excellence for the Future awards for scoring the top grade in Trademark Practice, Cyber Law and International IP Law.
