Ethan W. Konicek focuses his practice on professional liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance defense. His experience encompasses multiple facets of litigation, including drafting and preparing pleadings such as temporary and permanent injunctions, declaratory judgments, and a variety of complaints. He has appeared in court for numerous initial hearings, conducted client advisories, and reviewed and analyzed contracts across diverse areas of law. In addition, he conducts legal research and provides counsel on legislative and regulatory developments impacting healthcare law.

Mr. Konicek earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Judson University.
