Andrew R. Bramman dedicates his practice to the representation of local government bodies and other public institutions. Andy advises municipalities on a multitude of legal issues, including general governance, Sunshine Law, labor and employment matters, contracts and procurement, land use and zoning, and real estate development. Andy also represents municipal clients in a variety of administrative proceedings. Andy is the City Attorney for the cities of Lakeshire, Normandy, and Oakland, and the Village Attorney for the Village of Pasadena Park. Andy is also the Municipal Prosecutor for the cities of Normandy and Oakland.

Andy previously worked for the St. Louis County Counselor’s Office, where he worked closely with officials in the departments of Planning and Transportation & Public Works. He has also served as special counsel to St. Charles County and Taney County.

Andy has briefed several cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals – Eastern District, and has presented on ethics at an annual Elected Officials Training Conference. Andy serves on the Board of Directors of Kids in the Middle, and is his ward’s citizen representative to the City of Wildwood Watershed Erosion Task Force. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he received Academic Excellence Awards in Land Use and Jurisprudence, and earned his M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
