Maya R. Hill is an attorney in Lashly & Baer, P.C.’s Litigation Department and Transportation Practice Section. She represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, bringing experience in case management, contract analysis, real estate disputes, creditor’s rights litigation, and strategic dispute resolution. Maya is dedicated to providing practical, client-focused legal counsel and works closely with clients throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution.

Maya has experience managing high-volume litigation caseloads and overseeing complex legal matters from inception through resolution. Her practice includes reviewing and analyzing contracts, loan documentation, title records, and financial information, as well as drafting pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. She regularly conducts legal research, develops litigation strategies, communicates with clients regarding case developments, and represents clients in court proceedings and settlement conferences.

In addition to her experience handling matters involving real estate, contractual disputes, and landlord-tenant issues, Maya has assisted in litigation involving employment and business law matters. She has collaborated with attorneys to develop effective case strategies, manage discovery, prepare case evaluations, and identify key legal and factual issues to help achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Maya earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in International Business from Christian Brothers University. During law school, she gained valuable experience through legal internships and mediation programs, strengthening her skills in legal research, negotiation, and dispute resolution. She is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
