Nicole Marti is a lifelong resident of Southern Illinois. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2013, where she first developed her entrepreneurial mindset. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Law in 2016, with a specialization in business and transactional law. During law school, Nicole served the elder community by providing pro bono legal services through the Elder Law Clinic.

Nicole’s practice focuses on real estate, transactional law, estate planning, probate, and contracting. She also maintains a strong litigation practice, representing clients in matters involving creditor rights, housing issues, and corporate disputes. In addition, Nicole has contributed legal research for the Illinois Bankers Association, not-for-profit organizations, and other public entities.

Nicole represents municipalities and local businesses both small and large, supporting them from entity formation and strategic planning through contract development and day-to-day operational matters. Her work is further informed by her firsthand experience as a small business owner; she and her husband operate a business in their hometown.
