Victoria Cheyne is a civil litigator who concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, defense of professional licenses, appellate litigation, and miscellaneous regulatory matters in health care. Victoria represents a variety of health care organizations, health care practitioners, businesses, and insurance companies, primarily in litigated matters. She actively litigates in state and federal court and has achieved successful outcomes for her clients in bench trials and jury trials. Victoria also has extensive experience briefing complex legal issues in state and federal appellate courts. She has delivered oral arguments in both the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Her regulatory practice centers on representation of licensed professionals against the Missouri Board of Nursing and Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

Victoria earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law with a concentration in health care law.
