Educational institutions today face a
rapidly expanding range of legal issues unique to their
field. More than ever, they need sound legal advice from
attorneys familiar with their special needs. Our
education attorneys have more than 100 years combined
experience addressing and solving these issues. Since
1972, we have been general counsel to the largest
school district in the State of Missouri and
have served as general counsel, bond counsel, or special
counsel to scores of other school districts and
educational institutions. We also serve as general
counsel to the largest school district in St. Louis
County. This experience and our
dedication to prompt service enable us to serve the needs of our education
clients timely and effectively on all matters affecting
educational institutions.
Our education attorneys lecture extensively to groups of school board members,
school administrators, principals, and other attorneys
on education law issues and have given major
presentations to school officials, administrators, and lawyers at seminars sponsored by
state education organizations and national educational services.

Attorneys; Education
Law Association; and Council of School Attorneys, as
well as court and administrative agency advisory
committees. Members of the Firm have held leadership
