Margaret M. Mooney has extensive experience in litigation, administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution involving education, employment, contracts, torts and construction issues. She represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of civil contexts, writes employment and education policies, presents seminars on special education, employment, civil procedure and construction. Ms. Mooney is a State Hearing Officer for special education due process hearings.
