Dirk DeYong has more than 16 years'
experience in the representation of public and
governmental institutions. He advises clients on all
matters affecting their conduct of business, including
both litigation and transactional matters. He advises
clients on contractual disputes and negotiations,
compliance with State and federal regulations, State and
federal constitutional questions, analyzing and revising
proposed legislation, and election and ballot issues.
He works closely with governmental institutions on
finance issues including matters relating to State and
federal funding, tax levy issues, tax increment
financing and other financial matters.
