Carl B. Hillemann is a commercial/business litigator, with experience
in a wide range of complex litigation matters in Missouri courts
and in state and federal courts nationwide. Mr. Hillemann's experience
includes large cases in the areas of government contracts, environmental,
breach of contract, business torts/fraud, false claims and statements,
qui tam, zoning, construction law, tax appeals, and patent litigation.
He is currently working principally on cases involving federal income tax issues,
patent validity, and tobacco manufacturers' liability for uncompensated care provided
by hospitals to victims of tobacco products.
