Allison Schreiber
Lee's extensive family law, civil litigation and criminal trial
experience provide her with the knowledge to assertively
and consistently advocate for her clients' best
interests; she offers her clients affordable, quality
legal advice and personal attention. Ms. Lee focuses her practice on
family law and domestic relations, civil
litigation including medical malpractice and nursing
home defense, prosecution of the tobacco industry on
behalf of numerous Missouri hospitals, and criminal
defense. Ms. Lee has represented both husbands and wives
in divorces, and in motions to modify child support,
custody and maintenance. Ms. Lee's practice has
also included investigation and preparation of
document-intensive multi-party products liability
litigation from inception to trial. Specifically, Ms.
Lee has conducted more than 40 jury trials to verdict
and in excess of 100 non-jury trials. Ms. Lee has taken
numerous expert and lay witness depositions. In
addition, she has prepared witnesses for deposition and
has defended those depositions on behalf of hospitals
and nursing homes. She has argued Motions to Dismiss,
discovery motions and Motions for Protective Order in
courts throughout Missouri. Ms. Lee has drafted legal
briefs, Motions for Summary Judgment, Motions to
Dismiss, and Suggestions in Support thereof. Ms.
Lee serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Washington
University School of Law where she teaches Pre-trial
Practice and Procedure.
