Slater G. Felzien is an experienced litigator who defends complex commercial motor vehicle accidents and insurance coverage issues in Missouri. He is a member of Lashly & Baer, P.C.’s Litigation Department and Transportation Practice Section. Slater is involved in the entire claims handling process, from the initial investigation through trial.

As part of Lashly & Baer, P.C.’s Rapid Response team, Slater provides immediate assistance following serious vehicular and trucking accidents. This proactive approach ensures early accident evaluation and proper preservation of critical evidence.

Slater earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law. During his time there, he distinguished himself as a member of the Moot Court Board and served as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 Certified Student Attorney. Additionally, he enriched his legal education through a study abroad program in the Netherlands, gaining valuable insights into international law.
