Matthew G. Kimminau engages in civil litigation in Missouri with an emphasis on insurance defense, and vehicular negligence. He is a member of Lashly & Baer, P.C.’s Litigation Department and Transportation Practice Section.

Matthew also is a member of Lashly & Baer, P.C.’s Rapid Response team, providing immediate response to serious vehicular and trucking accidents. This helps to achieve early evaluation of accidents and ensure the proper preservation of evidence.

With his work at the Missouri Attorney General’s office Matthew served as defense counsel for state agencies, agency leadership, state employees, and judges in various matters at all stages of litigation and appeals in state and federal court in the practice areas of employment discrimination, whistleblower claims, personal injury, civil rights, and the Missouri Sunshine Law.

He is a graduate of Washington University School of Law. While at Washington University he was a staff editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. During law school, Matthew was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Henry E. Autrey of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
