Margaret M. Mooney
Margaret M. Mooney has extensive experience in litigation, administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution involving education, employment, contracts, torts and construction issues.
Ms. Mooney represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of civil contexts in state and federal courts, writes employment manuals and education policies, and presents seminars on special education, employment, civil procedure and construction. She has acted as a State Hearing Officer for special education due-process hearings.
Peg edited Missouri Civil Procedure Forms for 20 years, and was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers from 2005-2008 including Top 50 Female in 2005. She earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
