Eric S. Christensen
Eric S. Christensen represents employers and their insurers in workers' compensation defense matters. He has litigated numerous denied claims before the Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation. He also argues appeals before the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and the Eastern District Court of Appeals.
When claims are deemed compensable, Mr. Christensen strives to protect his client's interests by moving cases forward efficiently and negotiating cost-effective settlement agreements at the earliest opportunity. To help employers and insurers avoid future claims, he provides counsel on statutory compliance and risk management issues.
In addition, Mr. Christensen values frequent and meaningful communication with his clients as essential to best serving their unique needs. He has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of litigation, and currently helps represent a large group of Missouri hospitals in their lawsuit against the tobacco industry.
Eric earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
