Mr. McCollough focuses his practice on trials involving complex litigation matters, including premises liability with an emphasis on defending security matters involving criminal attacks, FELA claims, catastrophic claims involving cranes and other construction equipment, product liability and insurance litigation with an emphasis on trucking and transportation.
Mr. McCollough has extensive experience in defending trucking companies in complex litigation including freight and property claims, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, and most importantly, large loss injury and death claims. Mr. McCollough works with corporate trucking clients and interstate trucking companies, and is uniquely qualified to represent motor coach companies, independent operations, hazardous material shippers, and others involved in the transporting of passengers and goods.
John is licensed to practice in both the state of Missouri and Illinois, is AV rated with Martindale Hubbell, and has been selected for inclusion in the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers in the field of Personal Injury General: Defense, most recently in 2013.
John earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
