Immigrant/Permanent Residence
We represent clients on workplace compliance matters including I-9 compliance and audits, counseling on E-verify and ICE’s IMAGE program, and audits conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We also help them in managing immigrations issues in usual course of business, and in merger and acquisition situations. In addition, we provide services to individuals on a variety of issues such as obtaining permanent residence after marriage to U.S. citizens and immediate relatives, fiancé and spouse visas, work authorization documents, reinstatement of student status, affirmative and defensive asylum, and removal and deportation defense. |
