Tricia J. Mueller focuses her practice in the
area of litigation with an emphasis on medical
malpractice defense of physicians, hospitals, nursing
homes, urgent care centers, and other healthcare providers. She has assisted
in the successful defense of health care providers in a
variety of medical specialties including, but not
limited to, internal medicine, emergency medicine,
pediatrics, orthopedic surgery, neurology, neonatalogy, general
surgery, and obstetrics/gynecology. Ms. Mueller has
experience in all phases of the litigation process
including pre-trial discovery, serving as second-chair
trial attorney, and drafting post-trial motions. She
also has represented physicians regarding licensure
matters with the Missouri State Board of Registration
for the Healing Arts.
