Nelson H. Howe, II is an experienced transactional and real estate attorney with over twenty-five years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate financing.  In addition, throughout his career, Mr. Howe has represented grantors, trusts and guardianships/conservatorships concerning investments and other trust administration matters; handles probate administration; and advises clients on estate planning, asset protection and family succession planning.  He has served as in‑house counsel for a regional banking institution handling matters related to deposits, collections, and consumer and commercial loans, concentrating primarily on commercial lending for secured and unsecured real estate, construction, commercial and subdivision development loans.  He has also served as counsel to many for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, both publicly and privately held, in the manufacturing, retail, wholesale, buildings products, petroleum distribution and insurance services industries engaging in contracting work and a variety of commercial and real estate transactions.
