Kenneth C. Brostron is an experienced litigator with over thirty years of trial work. Throughout his career he has counseled businesses and government agencies in all aspects of their operations including disputes involving intellectual property and technology. He is well known for his work in education law as well as state and United States constitutional matters. Mr. Brostron has been chief negotiator in labor discussions and lead counsel in a wide variety of complex litigation. His health care clients rely on both his skills to avoid litigation and also his trial experience to defend them against professional negligence claims, claims relating to their officer and director liability and fiduciary responsibility, as well as employment practices and personal and general liability. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (Personal Injury Litigation; Medical Malpractice Law).
