Christin M. Bujnak practices in the areas of governmental and public institutions law. She has advised school districts, public libraries, public transportation agencies and other public agencies on operations, contracts, procurements, governmental immunity, constitutional law, construction law, federal and state school law, cooperation by governmental agencies, interstate compacts, complex financial transactions by public entities, use of public funds, employment matters, employee benefits, federal, state and local taxation and compliance with federal, state, and local codes and regulations. She has advised clients both with regard to ongoing litigation and best practices in order to avoid future legal claims. Ms. Bujnak has assisted her public entity clients in the review and drafting of internal policies and regulations. In the area of corporate law, Ms. Bujnak has advised clients regarding corporate and shareholder liability  and compliance with state corporations laws. Ms. Bujnak has also assisted various non-profit organizations in drafting organizational documents and bylaws and in achieving tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.
