Sarah

Cahill has more than fifteen years of litigation experience.
Her practice has focused primarily in medical
malpractice defense, and she has represented health care
professionals in lawsuits involving virtually every area
of medical specialty, including surgery, obstetrics and
gynecology, orthopedics, neurology, radiology, oncology,
neonatology, pediatrics, emergency room care, internal
medicine, psychiatry, anesthesiology, and nursing
practice. She advises and defends health care
institutions in matters involving director and officer
liability, peer review and medical staff issues,
premises liability, and libel and slander claims. She
has conducted psychiatric commitment court proceedings.
She also counsels health care institutions on risk
management issues, medical records issues, patient
confidentiality and statutory compliance.
