Mark R. Feldhaus engages in litigation with a
primary emphasis on the defense of health care
providers, including physicians, nurses, hospitals, and
skilled nursing facilities. He has successfully tried
several jury trials to verdict as well as numerous
non-jury trials. In addition, he has extensive
experience in all phases of trial preparation including
engaging in an active motion practice, analyzing medical
records, and defending and deposing fact and expert
witness depositions. Furthermore, he has successfully
briefed, argued, and won cases before the Missouri Court
of Appeals.
