Lawrence J.
Wadsack practices in the areas of governmental
and public institutions law. He advises school districts
and other public entities on open
meetings laws, the First Amendment, school and religion,
student and employee dress codes, student discipline,
search and seizure, administrative matters,
employee discipline and termination. He has also
conducted and prosecuted numerous administrative
personnel hearings. Mr. Wadsack is experienced in
immigration law matters. He also represents employers
in employment discrimination claims involving sex,
race, age and disability and has defended retaliatory discharge and Americans
With Disabilities Act claims. He has
defended negligence claims brought against schools
and school employees.
