Jennifer A.
Tyus practices in the area of civil
litigation and family law. She represents businesses, governmental
entities and individuals in
lawsuits, including those involving
contracts, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and employment
matters. Ms. Tyus has counseled school
districts concerning personnel matters and has appeared
in administrative due process personnel hearings. She has extensive
experience with pre-trial discovery and has successfully
briefed issues before the Court of Appeals for the
Eastern District of Missouri. Currently, Ms. Tyus
practices in the area of domestic relations and family
law where she handles divorce proceedings as well as
motions to modify child support and child custody
arrangements and is
involved with a lawsuit representing Missouri hospitals
in a claim against the tobacco industry.
