Eric S.
Christensen specializes in representing employers and
their insurers in workers' compensation matters
throughout Missouri. He has extensive experience
litigating denied claims before the Missouri Division of
Workers' Compensation, and has argued appeals before the
Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and
the Eastern District Court of Appeals. When claims are
deemed compensable, Mr. Christensen strives to protect
his client's interests by moving cases forward
efficiently and negotiating cost-effective settlement
agreements at the earliest opportunity. To help
employers and insurers avoid future claims, he provides
counsel on statutory compliance and risk management
issues. Mr. Christensen values frequent and meaningful
communication with his clients as essential to best
serving their unique needs. Mr. Christensen has past
experience represent plaintiffs and defendants in a
variety of civil litigation, and is currently involved
with a lawsuit representing Missouri hospitals in a
claim against the tobacco industry.
