Charles E. Valier concentrates in health care
finance, commercial lending, real estate finance,
corporate merger, acquisition, and finance transactions,
and tax-exempt bond financing. He advises a wide variety
of business organizations - including not-for-profit and
for-profit entities - health care providers, and
commercial banks and serves as counsel to participants
in a large number of asset acquisitions and mergers. He
represents health care providers before State regulatory
agencies. Mr. Valier has acted as bond counsel in
numerous financings for the industrial development
authorities of the City of St. Louis and several
surrounding Counties.
