Our diverse clients reflect the broad range of legal services we offer. Lashly & Baer, P.C. serves as counsel to service, manufacturing and commercial corporations and other business enterprises, health care providers, school districts, public transportation agencies, governmental agencies, bank holding companies and other financial institutions, community organizations, partnerships, estates and trusts. The Firm represents insurance carriers in professional malpractice litigation and in coverage questions and represents fidelity and surety carriers and excess and surplus lines carriers. We serve as regional counsel for a major automobile manufacturer and have been involved in significant business litigation, including antitrust, trade regulation, construction, product liability, securities, and labor and employment matters.

As the Firm has grown, we have been requested to serve our clients on a regional and national basis. The Firm was founded by Jacob M. Lashly, one of Missouri's outstanding trial lawyers and a President of the American Bar Association. This tradition continues as each lawyer contributes according to individual talents, time and interests.
