We have found that many clients are attracted to our competitive fee structure. In evaluating fees to be charged to the regular business clients of Lashly & Baer, our rates depend upon the age, experience, and degree of responsibility possessed by a given lawyer on a given matter.

We charge for services based on the level of experience and skill required. Our knowledge saves you time and money. Lashly & Baer's experienced attorneys are active participants in every aspect of our legal service, providing efficient and effective results. We recognize the difference between those transactions where significant levels of experience are required and those where the work is important but much more routine. We price the transactions accordingly, using-under proper supervision-younger personnel primarily in routine documentation. Lashly & Baer does not charge our clients to train our attorneys. We offer in-depth experience in government, corporate work, business litigation, financial services, real estate, education, and health care. This means no costly learning curve and no unnecessary expense. 

A variety of billing methods are available; estimates may be given initially or periodically; and our statements are explained and documented. For those clients who prefer a retainer arrangement, or a blended or average rate, we may develop a package of services geared to specific needs. We are willing to consider percentage or fixed fee compensation in certain specific transactions and, on occasion, to consider compensation which is at least partially contingent upon achieving desired results. We work closely with and keep our clients fully informed with the object of controlling total legal cost. Much responsibility is given early to younger lawyers, but accountability goes with it. These factors are discussed with our clients at the outset and as our representation progresses.
